MoneyKeep is a personal finance service in a web app (the WhatsApp channel no longer takes new users; accounts that already use it keep working). It provides statement analysis, spending tracking, budgeting and financial coaching, and — in the web app — a full accounting layer: income statement, cash flow, balance sheet, chart of accounts and statement reconciliation. Reports are prepared on a cash basis and are not audited financial statements.
Free trial: thirty days from account creation, with no card and nothing paid up front — 2 statements, 12 statement pages and 50 interactions a month.
Plans: Personal at USD 9.99 per month (3 statements, 20 pages and 150 interactions a month), Plus at USD 19.99 per month (6 statements, 40 pages and 300 interactions a month), Pro at USD 29.99 per month (9 statements, 60 pages and 500 interactions a month). Every plan includes the full web accounting app; the plans differ only in those monthly allowances, where an interaction is one message to the assistant or one voice note. An allowance that is used up is refused until the next month begins. All prices are in US dollars; the amount and the currency actually charged are shown on the payment page before you confirm.
How payment works: Visa and Mastercard on a payment page served by our payment provider, HyperPay, with 3-D Secure authentication; the acquiring bank is Arab Bank (Jordan). Your card details are entered into the provider's own secure fields and never pass through, are never stored by, and are never visible to us. We receive only the result of the payment, with our own reference, the amount and the currency. The merchant named on your card statement is Al-Maseer for Software & Computer Systems LLC (Amman, Jordan), which collects the payment on our behalf. We will never ask for your card details by email, by message, or through any other channel.
Renewal: a paid plan runs for thirty days from the payment and does not renew automatically; nothing is charged unless you pay again. We email you five days before the month ends; in its last seven days you may renew, and the new thirty days are added to the end of the month you have. An upgrade may be bought at any time: the higher plan applies immediately and its thirty days are added to the end of the current month. There is nothing to cancel: a plan that is not renewed simply ends, and your data stays until you delete it or the retention period in the privacy policy runs out.
Refunds: the free month exists so you can try the Service in full before paying, so a month already begun is not refunded. If you are charged twice or hit a billing error, contact us within thirty days and we will correct it. Price changes: at least thirty days' notice, never applied to a month already paid for.
You agree to use MoneyKeep for personal finance tracking only. Do not use the service for any illegal or harmful activities.
MoneyKeep is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of financial analysis and are not responsible for financial decisions made based on bot data.
